Check your account for any transactions you do not recognise, and call us immediately if you are concerned your account may have been used fraudulently.

Your replacement card and PIN will be sent separately to the address we have on file for you within 6-7 working days.

While you wait for your new card, you can withdraw cash from one of our branches with a valid form of photo ID, or transfer money to another account using Digital Banking or Telephone Banking.

Freezing or cancelling your debit card will not affect any recurring payments you have set using your account number.
