How to Close Your Account

If you would like to close your current or savings account, you can do so through your Digital Banking app. Please note that we can only transfer current accounts funds to an account in your name, and savings account funds to your nominated account.

• 1. Log in to Digital Banking using the app or desktop portal.
• 2. Choose the account you want to close.
• 3. Select ‘Account Closure’ from the account overview.
• 4. Pick an account to transfer any remaining funds to — even if the balance is £0.
• 5. Confirm your identity using a passcode, biometrics, or a one-time passcode (OTP).
• 6. Confirm closure when prompted.
