Using your debit card abroad

If you’re planning to travel abroad and use your Al Rayan Bank debit card, find out more about ATM withdrawal and purchase costs*.

*Overseas transactions can take 2-3 days to process, so the final exchange rate applied to them may be slightly different

Travelling overseas

There are many benefits of using your Al Rayan Bank debit card abroad, especially if you do not want to carry large amounts of cash around with you.  However, it is important that you are fully aware of any costs that you may incur when using your debit card overseas.

There is a £1.50 charge to withdraw cash using an Al Rayan Bank debit card from an ATM outside the UK.  However, Al Rayan Bank does not charge for debit card purchases overseas.
