Update your mobile phone number

As outlined in our letter or email to you, our records indicate that we do not currently hold a valid mobile phone number for you on our records. It is important that we have this information as should we need to contact you about the account maintenance fee, we will do so initially by SMS.

It’s very easy to update your mobile phone number with us, after you 'Click to update details', you will be asked to enter your first name, last name and reference number exactly as it is displayed on the letter or email that you received from us. Then simply follow the instructions to update your mobile phone number.
