I joined the Bank in 2018, and from the very beginning I’ve been supported, encouraged and empowered to grow by inspirational colleagues who have shaped my development. The culture here is collaborative, inclusive, and purpose-driven, and creates an environment where everyone is working toward a shared vision.

My role places me at the heart of our client experience. I play a vital part in ensuring that every client interaction is thoughtful, efficient, and aligned with our commitment to delivering seamless, personalised service. My work spans a broad range of responsibilities handling client enquiries, preparing detailed client reviews, and managing onboarding processes. A key part of the role is also ensuring everything we do complies fully with regulatory standards. I am proud to contribute to a team that is focused on delivering excellence for our clients, while continuously striving to improve and grow.

Throughout my time here, I have felt a genuine sense of support and empowerment. This is a place where people are encouraged to grow, and where collaboration and inclusivity drive everything we do. I’ve particularly valued the growing focus on employee wellbeing and engagement. Both the Wellbeing and Social Committees have helped bring colleagues together across departments, building stronger connections and a real sense of connection and belonging. These times of unity show why the Bank is more than just a workplace, it is a community.

A lot has changed since I first joined! One significant milestone was our move from the Knightsbridge office to 4 Stratford Place. While both spaces were fantastic, the new office has truly elevated our sense of unity, bringing colleagues from all departments, and even the EXCO team, under one roof. We’ve also seen major improvements in our systems, digital services, and client offerings. Perhaps most importantly, the Bank has become even more employee-focused: listening to feedback, encouraging fresh ideas, and continuously working to make this a great place to work.

The Bank’s success is rooted in its strong leadership, clear values, and the genuine ‘one team’ spirit. Across departments, there is a shared commitment to continually enhance the client experience through innovative and evolving ideas. And the increased emphasis on engagement and wellbeing has strengthened our culture, helping colleagues feel more connected and motivated to deliver excellence.

Looking ahead, I see the Bank continuing to evolve and strengthen its position, particularly with the expansion of the Premier and Structured Real Estate teams. With a clear strategic vision and growing capabilities, we are well placed to expand further into emerging markets, especially within the GCC region.

As I look to the future, I feel excited about the opportunities ahead, for the Bank, and for my own journey within it.
