A £25 administration fee applies to every AAP and will be deducted from your payment. This means you should send £25 more than your intended payment amount - for example, to make a £2,000 AAP you must transfer £2,025.
The minimum payment is £2,000 and payments must be received by the 20th of your rent review month.
