Home Finance annual statements

If you have a Home Purchase Plan (HPP) or Buy to Let (BTL) finance, you'll receive an annual statement covering 1 October to 30 September. These are usually sent in December by post or email. If you haven't received yours, send us a secure message through Digital Banking.

Requesting a document

If you can't find what you need, you can request it.

Ad hoc (one-off) statements - requested via secure message, sent by post. Fee: £5.00 (for up to one year of history). These are provided as transaction histories, not formal statements.

Statement of Fees - if you have a current account, you'll receive an annual Statement of Fees showing fees charged over the last 12 months and the services you've used. It's usually sent by post and helps you understand the total cost of your account.
