You may send certified copies or originals; all originals will be returned to you by special delivery.

The time it takes can vary depending on whether we have received a complete and correctly filled out set of documents. We will contact you in case there are any issues causing a delay in processing your documentation. It may take longer to register restricted or complex documents with us because we may need additional information.

ISA transfers in and out can take up to 15 working days from the receipt of the request to process.  If you believe that your ISA transfer request has taken longer than this, please contact us on 0800 408 6407 or send us a secure message through our Digital Banking service.

If you wish to transfer your AlRayan Bank cash ISA to an alternative provider, you will need to contact your new provider to begin the process.

Transferring an ISA from one institution to another can take up to 15 business days. We will work with your new ISA provider to complete the transfer as quickly as possible.  

All account statements and a full transaction history is available through our Digital Banking service. The history will provide a twelve-month view and date parameters can be modified.

Maintaining the Account (Current Account Maintenance Fee)

• £5 per month per Current Account
• The monthly fee will be waived where, on the last working day of the month, your account balance  is equal to or greater than £2,500. 

If you do not hold a UK passport and your main residence is not in the UK

• £20 per month per Current Account
• The monthly fee will be waived where you hold at least £50,000 on deposit or if you are a Home Purchase Plan Premier customer.

• All transactions at counter if you do not meet the threshold - £5 per transaction (max £5 per day)

The debit card limit will be as follows

• Daily withdrawal limit at any ATM £750
• Daily card purchase limit £20,000
