The Customer Panel

As a customer of Al Rayan Bank, we value what you have to say. And so, whether your feedback is positive, negative, or simply a great idea about how you think we can better serve you – we want to hear from you.

Our new customer panel gives you the opportunity to share your opinions with us so that we can make improvements across the Bank.

What's involved



As a member of the Al Rayan Bank customer panel, you will be invited to participate in our online surveys and offer your feedback on our products, services and a variety of other topics that are relevant to you.

We will get in touch no more than once a month and will always contact you by email.

Join our customer panel

To become a member of the customer panel you must be an existing account holder and be aged 16 or over. You will also need a valid email address to receive invitations to take part in our surveys. By registering to join the panel you accept our customer panel Terms and Conditions.

Your privacy

Your privacy is important to us and your data, including the opinions that you share, will not be shared with any external organisation or used for marketing purposes.
