Al Rayan Bank prepares for debut RMBS sukuk

Al Rayan Bank has mandated Al Rayan Bank and Standard Chartered Bank to arrange a series of investor meetings for their debut Prime UK Islamic £250m RMBS Reg S only transaction, Tolkien Funding Sukuk No.1 plc.

A transaction will follow in the near future subject to market conditions.
