Telephone Banking update

From 31 December 2020, customers will not be able to do the following through the automated Telephone Banking service.

  • Make payments to a non-nominated account

You will still be able to

  • Make payments to a nominated account
  • Transfer money between your Al Rayan Bank accounts
  • Check your balance
  • Review recent transactions

What are the alternatives?

If you would like to make a payment to a non-nominated account by telephone, you can call us on 0800 4086 407* and instruct one of our agents to action the request in person.

Payments can be made through our Digital Banking service, and at any of our branches**. To register or to find out more about our Digital Banking service, please visit
