The Al Rayan Bank Mobile Banking app lets you manage your money easily and securely – whether you are on the move, or, in these COVID-times, simply prefer to do your banking from home.
It enables you to do your banking at whatever time it suits you – so no more worries about bank opening times or call centre opening hours. The secure login process is straightforward, after which you can:
• Manage your personal account
• See recent transactions and check balances
• Set up new payees, make regular and standard payments to existing payees or transfer money between Al Rayan Bank accounts
• View Al Rayan Bank products and apply for them online
• Set up balance and transaction notifications
• Set up and cancel standing orders
• Pay bills
• View statements
• Use the secure messaging facility to contact us
The recent upgrade has been designed to improving the customer experience. The new features include:
• Spend summaries where transactions are categorised and displayed so you can easily see where you are spending your money
• Simplified registration screens making the process of registering easier than ever before
• Improved design making the app more user friendly
• Enhanced error messages enabling us to quickly identify and rectify problems to help you get back on the go as soon as possible
• Improved navigation makes finding the information and services you need more straightforward
Personal banking customers
You can download the Mobile Banking app here where you will be able to download the new app via the App Store or Google Play.
First, you will need to check your phone operating system is compatible. To use the app your device must be operating at least version 12 (iOS) or version 8 (Android).
If you are new to Mobile Banking, you will need to create a new username, password and PIN when registering.
Business banking customers
